Automatonophobia (a mouthful)
“They say that the key to your soul is through your eyes”
I FREEZE
Someone moves
I FLINCH
I Can not Breathe
I’m Grasping
Desperately trying to find the reasons why EVERYTIME I look into the eyes
I FREEZE
It Repeats …
14 years
Why is it that an inanimate object feels so alive?
And yet
Makes me feel like I’m dying!
AUTOMATONOPHOBIA a mouthful
A mouthful of grasps as. I’m trying to stay calm mum!
The room span as if it was a spinning top,
People are staring
I WISH I WAS DEAD
I begin to ground
I look around in utter embarrassment
WHY!
why does this happen to me
And yet
“They say the key to our soul is through our eyes”
Why can’t I find the key?
Bouncy Ball
The bouncy ball,
hits the wall
The wall will never be cracked
The bouncy ball,
will always fall
But will never be able to get back
The cracks they show but only when nobody knows
The cracks are the key to life's foundations
Without the cracks he would never look back and see how far he had bounced
But when he does
He will give a thud because he sees how far he has come
The bouncy ball once still and small
Gained hight and grand asperations
He will thank the cracks and never look back at the scars of life's creations
The bouncy ball
Hits the wall
Cleaning My Mattress
There's a hurt in my heart
It feels like a dirty pillow
It creeps up my neck
Seeps into my throat
It's like I'm hungry but my only food is air
I grab
I pinch
I try and pinpoint the exact spot
It's so deep in my chest that it has slipped through my matress that is my body
I take away the bedding
Hoover the matress
Redress the bed
I am me again
Until the pillows get dirty
At Night
At night my thought's go sour,
Sour being the tounge from which the poison flowed free,
Sour being the emotions that had been left to long In the fridge,
The fridge being the mind that had finally gone cold,
Cold an emotion.
Emotion something I feel so deeply and yet sometimes not at all,
Nothing.
Yet something .
But ...
At night my thought's go sour
Scared
I'm scared of everything
Yet nothing at all
An empy window
Statues
Regection
Yet a whisper in the darkness of my mind
Scares me more than
The darkness within the world
A thought provokes me more Than a physical threat
My mind is empty yet full
My heart reaches out but can not be seen
My sleave is soden from words
I am lost in a world where fear is more powerful than love
And
I'm scared of everything
Yet nothing at all
